Almkirchtag

Every year on Maria Himmelfahrt, the Almkirchtag takes place on the Dobratsch with masses in the Windische Kirche at 10:00 and in the Deutsche Kirche at 11:00. Hikers walk for around one and a half hours from Rosstratte to the summit of Villach's local mountain. In addition to regional specialities, there will also be music and entertainment at the huts.
